Patna. Often you must have heard about the birth of twins, but sometimes something happens that even medical science gets shocked. A similar strange case was seen in Kishanganj district of Bihar. Where a 20 year old woman gave birth to 5 daughters simultaneously.
This matter has become a topic of discussion in the entire region. All the girls are said to be under 1 kg and both mother and child are healthy. The people around are considering it no less than a miracle. Dr. Farzana, who conducted the delivery of the woman, said that the case was challenging and such cases are seen very rarely. All the children were born through normal delivery.
Actually, this matter is of Pothia block of Kishanganj district. Tahira Begum, 20, resident of Jalmilik village of Thakurganj Kanakpur Panchayat, was undergoing treatment in a private nursing home. Tahira told that when she was 2 months pregnant, she came to know that there were four children in her stomach.
Later, when she went to the doctor for a checkup, she found out that there were not four but five children. Initially she was very scared, but the doctor assured her and said that everything would be fine.
