Srinagar: Action has started after Amit Shah’s review meeting on terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir. Security forces have achieved great success in Bandipora, Jammu and Kashmir. Security forces killed a terrorist early on Monday morning. People in the area in Bandipora woke up to the sound of gunfire.
At present, security forces have cordoned off the area and search operations are on.In fact, as soon as some gunfire was heard in Aragam village of Bandipora district, the security forces cordoned off the area and started searching. After some time the firing stopped.
Later it was found that a terrorist was killed by the bullets of the security forces. At present, the search operation is still going on in the area.Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday advised the security forces to crush terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir and ensure a smooth, safe and incident-free Amarnath Yatra.
In view of the strict instructions from the Center, security forces are expected to launch a massive anti-terrorism operation to target terrorists and their supporters in Jammu and Kashmir in the coming days.
