Mafia Atiq’s brother Ashraf explained the plan to his nephew Asad and his 9 henchmen in Bareilly jail. On February 11, nine operatives, including Atiq’s son Asad, met Ashraf in Bareilly jail.
Apart from Ashraf, Vijay alias Usman Chowdhary was also included in the nine operatives including Asad. 9 people including Mohammad Ghulam and Azhar had reached to meet Ashraf.
