Ambala. The news of a painful road accident has come to the fore from Ambala district of Haryana. A truck and a bus collided head-on near Kakkad Majra village in Ambala district, this incident happened on Friday.
Eight people died and about 15 others were injured in the accident. Police gave this information. The incident took place near Kakkad Majra village on the Panchkula-Yamunanagar National Highway. The bus was going from Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh to Baddi in Himachal Pradesh.
Police said that three passengers of the bus were getting down at Kakkar Majra, when the truck hit the vehicle. The injured have been admitted to government hospitals in Ambala City and Narayangarh. Police said that most of the people aboard the bus were migrant laborers doing construction work.
The casualties were pulled out of the bus with the help of passers-by. He told that the truck driver has been arrested.
