New York: A big news has come out from America. Former US President Donald Trump claimed that he would be arrested on Tuesday. Trump also urged his supporters to come together to protest against the arrest. Trump said in another post, if this happens, you people protest and take back our country.
Trump has been accused of having sex with some New York women and paying them to cover up the matter in order not to make it public. Trump said in a post on his social network Truth on Saturday that the Manhattan District Attorney Illegally leaked information from US’s office indicates that the leading Republican candidate and former US President will be arrested on Tuesday next week.
Trump did not provide any details on social media about how he learned about the possible arrest. In his post, he called the defeat of the Democratic Party’s Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election as “theft of the mandate” and asked his supporters to protest. During Trump’s presidency, there was widespread violence by his supporters in the Capitol on January 6, 2021, due to the provocative message.
There has been no public announcement of any time frame for the jury’s decision, including a possible vote on whether to indict the former president. Trump reported last year on his social media networks that the Federal Bureau of Investigation was conducting searches at his residence in connection with classified documents.
Trump has dismissed allegations of relationships with women, saying prosecutors affiliated with the Democratic Party are targeting him to remove him from the presidential election race in 2024. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office is investigating the allegations whether the payments violated any laws or whether Trump’s company paid Cohen to silence women over the allegations. Cohen has said that at Trump’s direction, he arranged payments totaling $280,000 to porn actress Stormy Daniels and Playboy model Karen McDougal.
