New Delhi. Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah has launched the Sahara Refund Portal on Tuesday, 18 July. Through this portal, money will be returned to those investors whose investment period has been completed.
Explain that the depositors of Sahara group will benefit from this portal, who have not been refunded their amount for a long time.Launching the portal, Amit Shah said, ‘Modi government took care of small investors. Sahara Refund Portal has become a transparent means. 5000 crore rupees will be returned from this.
Along with this, 1 crore people will be benefited initially. He said that this is an important program, the legal battle has started for the return of crores of people whose hard earned money is stuck in the cooperative society.
The Home and Cooperative Minister said, ‘Till now no one has paid attention to the interests of the investors. This happened for the first time when a multi-agency seizure happened. The agency takes care of its interest, the interests of the investors were not taken care of.
Modiji’s government thought about 70 crore people who do not have capital but want to do something. Cooperative is the only way through which the dream of such people is fulfilled. Today, two and a half crore sisters in the country meet the shortage of milk in the country by doing milk business.
Amit Shah further said in his address, ‘Take the example of Sahara, the case went on in the court for many years, there was a multi-agency seizure, in such a situation Modi’s government has taken an initiative through the refund portal for the interests of the investors.
It is a matter of pride for us that the retired judge of the Supreme Court will work considering the problems of the investors. No one can stop those who have invested from returning their money. This is a huge beginning.
