Arrah. Criminals have once again wreaked havoc in Bhojpur district of Bihar. The case is of Sarangpur village of Mufassil police station area adjacent to the city, where armed criminals shot dead a Bajaj Finance employee on Sunday evening.
The deceased was shot with nine bullets from very close range, of which six were shot in the head, one near the private parts and two in the left side of the neck. The young man died on the spot after being shot.The brutality of the murder can be gauged from the fact that the criminals opened fire on him, due to which he died on the spot. There was a sensation in the village and surrounding areas regarding the incident.
As soon as information about the incident was received, Mofussil Police Station Head Rajiv Ranjan Sinha reached the spot with the police force and started investigating the matter. Police have also recovered nine shells and a mobile phone from the spot. After this, the police took the body in their custody and got its post-mortem done in Sadar Hospital.
According to the information, the deceased was Mukesh Kumar Singh, 23-year-old son of Shankar Singh, resident of Bhel Dumra village of Mufassil police station area. He was a Bajaj Finance employee by profession and was working as DCA (Collection Boy) in Bajaj Finance located at Katira in Arrah city for about a year. In this case, SP Pramod Kumar said that a team has been formed under the leadership of Assistant Superintendent of Police Sadar to arrest the culprits due to the incident.
