Bhopal/Raipur.Following the decisive victory of the BJP in the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh assembly elections, the new Chief Ministers for both states have been revealed. Dr. Mohan Yadav emerged as the unanimous choice during the legislative party meeting at the BJP’s Madhya Pradesh office.
Meanwhile, Vishnu Dev Sai has been consensus-picked for the Chhattisgarh Chief Minister role. The swearing-in ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, December 13, at 12:00 pm at Motilal Nehru Stadium, Lal Parade Ground, Madhya Pradesh.
Preparations for the event were underway throughout Tuesday, with tight security measures in place, including the deployment of thousands of police forces. Banners and posters welcoming the Prime Minister and extending congratulations to the new Chief Minister and Deputy CM adorned the surroundings.
In addition to Dr. Mohan Yadav, Deputy CMs Jagdish Deora and Rajendra Shukla will also take the oath of office. Dignitaries, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, are expected to grace the ceremony. The event will witness the presence of Chief Ministers from various states and senior leaders of the BJP.
