Bhopal. Due to the Southwest Monsoon in Madhya Pradesh, heavy rains have been going on for the last few days. In most of the districts of the state, the rivers and streams have come in spate due to rain.
Due to the active monsoon, heavy rains are being seen in many districts including the capital Bhopal. According to the Meteorological Department, torrential rains can be recorded in the state for the next two-three days.
There is a possibility of heavy rainfall in the districts of Sagar, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Narmadapuram, Ujjain, Indore and Gwalior divisions. On the other hand, due to continuous heavy rains in Damoh, a flood-like situation has arisen.
Heavy rains are continuing in most of the districts of Madhya Pradesh as well as in Damoh district. After heavy rains, flood-like conditions are seen in many areas due to waterlogging.
Waterlogging was also seen in the lower settlements of Damoh district headquarters, while in other areas of the district also there were scenes of water coming on the bridge and filling of water in populated settlements. Due to this people are facing problems.
