Bhopal. Inaugurating 66 new Deendayal Rasoi Kendras on September 2, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced that now citizens will get full meal for Rs.5.
Chief Minister Chouhan was inaugurating the third phase of Deendayal Rasoi Yojana at Kushabhau Thackeray Convention Hall in Bhopal. The Chief Minister said that till now this food was available at the rate of Rs 10 per plate, but from today onwards citizens will be able to have a full meal at Rs 5 per plate.
In this program, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan also provided pattas to 38,505 homeless people of urban areas. On this occasion, the Chief Minister reiterated his resolve that no family in the state will be left without land and housing.
The Chief Minister said that those whose houses could not be built under the PM Awas Yojana, will be given houses under the CM Awas Yojana.He said that in the third phase of Deendayal Rasoi Yojana, permanent kitchen centers are being started in 66 municipalities.
Including these, now there are 166 Deendayal permanent kitchen centers in the state, where food will be available for five rupees.On this occasion, CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that we all should pray to God to make it rain. I remained worried the whole night because the entire month of August remained dry.
Due to drought, even the dams were not filled completely and the demand for electricity also increased, because if crops are to be saved then it is necessary to provide water.
