Earlier on Wednesday, Special Judge Nyay Bindu had asked ED what is the need to extend the judicial custody of Arvind Kejriwal. On this, the investigating agency told the court that it has got a trace of Rs 45 crore out of 100 crore. CM Arvind Kejriwal’s petition was also heard on Thursday and the court granted relief to the Chief Minister of Delhi.

Now the question arises that what will be the next step of ED in this case? Will ED challenge the bail decision of the Special Court in Delhi High Court? If sources are to be believed, after CM Arvind Kejriwal got bail from Rouse Avenue Court, ED can now take a big step. ED will challenge the bail order of Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi High Court.

The central investigating agency may approach the Delhi High Court on Friday. Let us tell you that ED had requested the court to give it 48 hours time. The court rejected the agency’s request and granted bail to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. The detailed order of the court in this regard will be uploaded on the website on Friday, June 21.
