The victims of the accident are being called Baraati. According to the information, the Scorpio vehicle going to the procession collided with the truck, in which 5 people have died, while a total of 6 people including 3 children are seriously injured.
All the injured have been admitted to Purnia Medical College Hospital for treatment. The condition of all is critical. The number of dead may also increase. Regarding this incident, the relatives and eyewitnesses of the deceased going to the procession said that they were going to Khagaria procession from Jokihat in Araria district.
The Scorpio vehicle hit a truck parked on the roadside from behind, in which three people died on the spot, while the other two died in the hospital. Many people have also been seriously injured in the accident.
