New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday termed the incident of Chandrayaan-3 landing on the moon as historic and said that this is the moment of conch shelling of developed India.
On the soft landing of Indian Space Research Organisation’s third lunar mission Chandrayaan-3 on the Moon, he said, ‘When we see such historic moments, we feel very proud. This is the sunrise of new India.
PM Modi expressed happiness over Chandrayaan-3’s Vikram Lander landing on the south pole of the Moon and said, ‘We made a resolution on the earth and realized it on the moon… India is now on the moon.
Before this, no country has reached there (south pole of the moon). With the hard work of our scientists, we have reached there.On the success of Chandrayaan-3 mission, PM Modi said, ‘India’s successful moon mission is not of India alone… This success belongs to the whole of humanity.’
He further said, ‘Once upon a time it was said that Chanda Mama is very far away, now a day will also come when children will say that Chanda Mama is just on a tour.’
