On the other hand, Aam Aadmi Party is protesting in all the assembly constituencies of Delhi on Sunday against the arrest of CM Kejriwal. AAP women workers protested here at ITO footover bridge. These protesters hung the banner ‘Main Bhi Kejriwal’ and raised slogans in support of Kejriwal. However, the police immediately removed them from there.

While issuing a statement on Saturday, AAP said that it will take out a candle march and burn effigies against the ‘dictatorship of BJP’ and the ‘illegal arrest’ of the Chief Minister. In view of this protest, Delhi Police has tightened security arrangements.

Police have closed the roads leading to both the BJP headquarters and the ED office in central Delhi. Apart from this, paramilitary force personnel equipped with anti-riot equipment have also been deployed there to ensure law and order.
