Now the UP government will purchase wheat from farmers at the rate of Rs 2,275 per quintal. These new rates will be implemented from today i.e. March 1st. It was told that the procurement of wheat on this MSP by the Yogi government will be between March 1 and June 15.

CM Yogi Adityanath gave this good news to the farmers through his ax handle. CM wrote, ‘Dear Annadata farmer brothers! The Uttar Pradesh government has set the minimum support price of wheat at ₹ 2,275 per quintal in the year 2024-25.

Arrangements have been made to pay the price of wheat directly into your Aadhaar linked account within 48 hours through PFMS. I am happy that sharecropper farmers will also be able to register and sell their wheat this year.

Our primary priority is that you should not face any kind of problem during wheat procurement from March 1 to June 15, 2024. The prosperity and well-being of all of you is the top priority of the double engine government. Congratulations to all of you!’
