After the defeat of the Congress in the elections of the cooperative societies, on the petitions of the BJP-backed board, now the High Court has also issued adjournment orders on the controversial decisions of the cooperative societies.

In the petition filed in the High Court, the BJP has made serious allegations of large-scale rigging in the elections of the Board of Directors and office bearers of the Cooperative Department of the State’s Purchase and Sale Cooperative Society.

BJP alleges that Cooperative Minister Udaylal Anjana himself is openly obstructing the election process in the elections of purchase and sale cooperatives by misusing the power.

Former UDH minister Srichand Kripalani has said that seeing that the Congress board was not formed in Chittorgarh’s Nimbahera, Cooperative Minister Udayalal Anjana misused power and politicized the election process in connivance with departmental and election officials.
