Darbhanga. BJP MLA Murari Mohan Jha lodged an FIR against MLA Mishri Lal Yadav’s son. Accusing him of doing illegal liquor business in the area through a video on social media, he has accused the MLA of patronizing liquor drinkers and sellers.
Along with this, he has also accused of taking a hefty commission from every government office in his constituency. MLA Murari Mohan Jha has lodged an FIR against this.
Murari Mohan Jha has written in the application that- Due to unrestrained and inappropriate posting on Facebook by Dhirendra Kumar Dheeraj, my self-esteem, image, self-esteem and social identity have been damaged.
I am deeply moved by the above comment. The comment is fabricated, false, baseless and beyond the facts. It has nothing to do with the person with whom it is being said to trade or provide protection.
There is a heinous conspiracy to tarnish the reputation of the people’s representative living in social life. He further wrote in the application, I have suffered mental, physical and financial loss due to the above incident.
My image has been badly damaged. The heinous criminal act of defaming me has been done under a well thought out conspiracy.
Even after registering the FIR, Dhirendra Kumar Dheeraj is adamant on his statement through social media. While issuing the statement, he has said in a threatening tone that I am the son of Mishri Lal Yadav.
I am the son of a lion and I am not afraid. I have been the head of my panchayat twice. I am not afraid of registering an FIR. He again accused of corruption and said that the MLAs collect money from every department and give protection to the liquor mafia.
