Delhi. A painful case has come to light from Shahbad Dairy area of Delhi. A minor girl has been gang-raped in Shahbad Dairy area. At the time of the incident, the minor girl had gone to the park with a friend. The age of the girl is about 16 years.
At present, the police have arrested three accused of gangrape, one of whom is a minor. At the same time, one accused is still absconding. The incident happened two days back.
According to sources, on the night of June 27, the victim was in the park with her friend. At the same time, three boys reached there. It is alleged that all three of them carried out the rape incident and fled.
On receiving the complaint, the police registered an FIR and arrested the three accused. In this case, on the complaint of the minor, a case of rape has also been registered against his friend.
The girl’s friend had fled from the spot after seeing the accused, whom the police is looking for. Delhi Police has registered a case under sections of gang rape and POCSO.
According to the Delhi Police, on June 27, a call was received about sexual harassment of a minor girl, after which the police immediately responded to the call and arrested one of the accused, Bobby, from an area near Shahbad Dairy.
All the 4 accused have been identified and 3 accused have been arrested, while one is absconding and several teams are working to nab him. A case has been registered against the accused under 376D/323/34 IPC and 6 POCSO Act and arrested.
