New Delhi. Once again a case of road rage has come to the fore in Delhi. A driver was seen driving a vehicle carrying a man hanging from the bonnet between Ashram Chowk to Nizamuddin Dargah in Delhi’s South East area.
In the video of the entire incident, the driver of the car can be seen carrying the person hanging from the bonnet. It is said that the driver of the car took the person like this for about 3 km. This car was stopped when the PCR van of Delhi Police overtook it.
The incident has been reported on Sunday night at around 11 pm when the car driver was going from Ashram Chowk towards Nizamuddin Dargah. The man who was driving by hanging on the bonnet has been identified as the cab driver Chetan and The accused driver has been identified as Ramchand Kumar.
Cab driver Chetan says that when he was returning after leaving a passenger, the car of the accused touched his vehicle three times. The cab driver got angry on this and got down from his car and stood in front of his car. But hanging Chetan from the bonnet, he started driving his car.
Cab driver Chetan told the police, ‘I work as a driver, I was returning after dropping a passenger. When I reached near the ashram, a car touched my car thrice and then I got out of my car and stood in front of their car.
After which he started driving the car. I hung on the bonnet and he kept driving me from Ashram Chowk to Nizamuddin by hanging on the bonnet. I kept asking him to stop, but he did not stop. That person was completely drunk. On the way I saw a PCR parked, they followed us till they stopped the car.
