New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s release has come under a dilemma. The High Court has stayed the decision of the Rouse Avenue Court in which Kejriwal was granted conditional bail. Now the ED lawyer has presented such arguments against Kejriwal in the court, which are making the matter very complicated.

ED told the court that Arvind Kejriwal is guilty in two ways in the whole case. The investigating agency has also shared complete information about this.ASG AV Raju, who appeared in the High Court on behalf of ED, first argued that the lower court did not listen to him properly. The court said that we do not want to look at your documents because they are too many. And then said that these documents are irrelevant.

If you had looked at these documents, you would have known that ECIR was registered in August. In such a situation, there was no question of the material being available in July. A single judge of the High Court had also accepted that there was nothing wrong in Kejriwal’s arrest. After this, whatever the ED lawyer said against Kejriwal is a setback for the Delhi Chief Minister.

ASG AV Raju said, Arvind Kejriwal is guilty in two ways in the Delhi liquor scam. In personal capacity, because he demanded Rs 100 crore and he is also guilty as the head of the Aam Aadmi Party. Because this money was used by the Aam Aadmi Party in the elections. As the head of the party, it is his responsibility.
