Sanjay Singh was present at his residence during the ED raid. ED had earlier interrogated his staff members and other people associated with him in this case. According to sources in the Enforcement Directorate, two accused have become witnesses in the Delhi Excise Policy case.

Based on the information received from him, ED conducted this search operation at Sanjay Singh’s house. On the Enforcement Directorate raid, Sanjay Singh’s father Dinesh Singh said, ‘What can I say, ED is doing its work.

He (Sanjay Singh) was not saying this (allegation of witch-hunt) just like that. If I make some allegation against you and then am not able to prove it, it will be called abuse of power.

Sanjay Singh’s party leader and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia is in jail in connection with this liquor scam. The former Delhi Deputy CM and Excise Minister was first arrested by the CBI on February 26 for his alleged role in the scam.
