Gangster Case: Mafia Mukhtar Ansari jailed for 10 years

Ghazipur. The MP-MLA court of Ghazipur convicted Mukhtar Ansari, a former MLA in Banda Jail, and sentenced him to 10 years of imprisonment and a fine of Rs 5 lakh, in connection with the Gangster Act.

Even before this, Mukhtar Ansari has been sentenced to 10 years in another case. In this case, the court will sentence BSP MP and Mukhtar’s brother Afzal Ansari at two o’clock.

A gang chart was made on Mukhtar Ansari in Chandauli in 1996 by linking coal businessman Nandkishore Rungta kidnapping and murder case and Krishnanand Rai murder case.

Let us tell you that on April 1, after the completion of the debate in the MP-MLA, the decision of Judge Durgesh Kumar was reserved. Earlier the decision was to come on 15 April, but instead of the judge being on leave, a new date of 29 April was given.

The court has convicted Mukhtar Ansari and sentenced him. If his brother Afzal Ansari is sentenced to two years or more, then his MP will also go away.

It is noteworthy that in the year 2005, 7 people including BJP MLA Krishnanand Rai were murdered in Basaniya Chatti of Muhammadabad police station. In this case, a case was registered against MP Afzal Ansari and Mafia Mukhtar Ansari in 2007 under the Gangster Act.

Afzal Ansari has a case of Krishnanand Rai murder case registered in the gang chart. While on Mukhtar, apart from Krishnanand Rai, there is also a case of Nandkishore Rungta kidnapping and murder case. Mukhtar Ansari, lodged in Banda Jail, was presented today through video conferencing.
