New Delhi. India has won a flurry of medals in the Asian Games since Wednesday morning. The day started for India with a medal in women’s shooting.
The first medal of the day for India was won by Sift Samra, Aashi Choukse and Manini Kaushik in the 50 meter rifle 3 positions team event. After some time Manu Bhaker, R. Sangwan and Isha Singh targeted gold.
The trio of Manu, Sangwan and Isha won the gold medal in the women’s 25 meter pistol team event. This is India’s fourth gold medal in the Asian Games 2023.

The Indian trio has not only won gold in the 25 meter pistol team event, but has also kept their hopes of gold medal alive in the individual competition of the same event. Manu Bhakar and Isha Singh included in this trio have entered the finals of the individual category.
