Gopalganj. State general secretary of JDU and former district president of the party, Sanjay Chauhan, has been arrested by the police for drunkenness in the home district of Sunil Kumar, Minister of Prohibition Department of Bihar Government.
After the arrest, the JDU leader also showed the power to the policemen. It is told that Sanjay Chauhan was coming to Bihar after drinking alcohol from UP, then during the investigation, the Anti-Leaker Task Force arrested him.
It was confirmed after testing with the breath analyzer machine. After that he was sent to jail. However, after paying the fine amount from the court, he got conditional bail, because in the case of drinking alcohol for the first time, there is a provision of bail from the court after taking the fine.
Many questions are arising after the arrest of JDU leader. From the district president of the party to the leader of the state, they are refraining from saying anything about the action taken by the party on JDU state general secretary.
