Hazaribagh. Class 8 student has committed suicide by hanging in Konra Beach locality under Barhi block of Hazaribagh district of Jharkhand. This incident has created a stir. The name of the student who was hanged was Mohd. Rehan is Ashraf.
The student’s father has filed an application in the police station accusing three teachers including the principal of the school of mentally torturing them. Mo. Retaj has demanded action from the police in the matter.Mo. Retaj told that Mohd. Rehan Rasoiya was a student of class 8 at Royal Orchid International School, Chakura Tad, Dhamna. He had his annual examination on Saturday.
During the examination, a call was received from the school that your son was caught cheating while giving the examination, so you came to the school. After which he went to school. My son had come home by school bus even before going to school.
When I came home, I saw that he was sitting dejected. During that time the drinking water in my house had run out. I went to Barhi to get water. When he went home with water, he saw that he was hanging with a noose around his neck with the help of a swing rope attached to the fan hook.
On the information of the incident, the police reached the hospital and took the body in possession and sent it for postmortem. Mohd., the father of the deceased. Retaj has given application in Barhi police station. In the application, he has accused Principal of Royal Orchid International School Anup Kumar Singh, class teachers Shubhashish and Prashant Kumar of mental harassment.
