Hearing in High Court today after ban on scientific survey in Gyanvapi dispute

Prayagraj. There will be a hearing on the Gyanvapi dispute of Uttar Pradesh in the Allahabad High Court on Tuesday. The court will hear on Tuesday the petitions filed regarding the validity of the ASI survey order and civil suit.

This matter will be heard in the bench of Justice Prakash Padia. On 8 April 2021, the Varanasi court had ordered an ASI survey of the Gyanvapi complex. The mosque’s arrangement committee and the UP Sunni Central Waqf Board have challenged the order of the Varanasi court in the High Court.

The survey of Gyanvapi had also started on Monday, but in the meantime, the Supreme Court had stayed the survey for two days and asked the petitioners to go to the High Court. Now a petition has been filed in the Allahabad High Court regarding the validity of the civil suit.

A hearing will be held on the schemes related to Gyanvapi on Tuesday at 12 noon. On November 28, 2022,the Allahabad High Court had reserved the decision while hearing the case, but in June 2023, the court decided to hear again on some points.

Now today there will be an important hearing in this matter in the Allahabad High Court. Swayambhu Adi Visheshwar Nath Temple is a party from the side of Hindus.

At the same time, CS Vaidyanathan, a senior advocate of the Supreme Court, will advocate on behalf of the Hindu side even today. Vaidyanathan has won the Ayodhya dispute by presenting arguments on behalf of the Hindu side.
