Hyderabad: Police constable dies during workout in gym, CCTV footage goes viral

Hyderabad. The news of a painful death has come to the fore from Hyderabad. A young police constable died of suspected cardiac arrest during a gym workout in Hyderabad. 24-year-old police constable Yamajala Dharam Vishal fainted and died at a gym in Maredpally on Thursday evening. The CCTV footage of the incident went viral on social media on Friday.

The constable is seen doing huge pushups in the CCTV. He suddenly collapsed in the gym. However, before this the constable had tried to control himself. It is shown in the CCTV footage that Vishal is doing pushups in the gym. When he stood up after pushups, he suddenly started falling, but in the meantime he tried to control himself but fell on the ground.

Other people in the gym rushed to help him. They sprinkled water on him, but there was no reaction. After this, he was taken to the nearest hospital, where the doctors declared him brought dead. According to the doctors, apparently he had suffered a cardiac arrest.

Vishal was a 2020 batch soldier and had joined the police two years ago. According to his colleagues at the Asif Nagar police station, he was conscious about his health and fitness. He had no health problems. Vishal, a resident of Bowenpally, had gone to the gym on his weekly break.
