IND vs USA T20 World Cup: India needs 111 runs to reach Super 8, Arshdeep Singh creates history

New Delhi. On the basis of Arshdeep Singh’s brilliant bowling, India stopped America at 110 runs. India needs 111 runs to win in the 25th match of T20 World Cup 2024. Team India will get a ticket to Super 8 by winning this match.

America batted first and scored 110 runs for 8 wickets. Fast bowler Arshdeep sent the US opener to the pavilion on the very first ball of the first over of the match. Arshdeep took 2 wickets in the first over of the match. Arshdeep has become the Indian bowler to bowl the best spell in T20 World Cup history.

For America, Nitish Kumar contributed 27 and Steven Taylor contributed 24 runs. For India, Arshdeep Singh took 4 wickets for 9 runs in his quota of four overs while Hardik Pandya took 2 wickets for 14 runs in 4 overs. One wicket went to Akshar Patel.

Arshdeep Singh has become the best bowling Indian bowler in the T20 World Cup. Arshdeep took four wickets for 9 runs. Earlier in the T20 World Cup, R Ashwin took 4 wickets for 11 runs for India, which was the best bowling performance by an Indian bowler in a match. Ashwin did this feat in 2014 in the match against Australia in Mirpur.
