Indian Navy: Remote operated aircraft crashes on INS Garuda, accident during routine training, no casualties

New Delhi. There is news of an accident during the training of INS Garuda in Kochi. According to the information, the remote operated plane crashed. It is being told that a remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) of the Indian Navy crashed during a training flight in Kochi on Monday.

According to the Navy, the RPA crashed at INS Garuda base at around 5 pm, although no one was injured in the incident. “An RPA crashed about a mile short of the runway during a routine training sortie at INS Garuda, Kochi at around 5 pm,” the Navy said in a statement.

According to the statement, there is no report of any injury or damage to property in the accident. “An expert team was immediately sent to the accident site,” the Navy said. According to the statement, “An investigation into the incident has been ordered.”
