MP Earthquake News : Earthquake of magnitude 3.0 felt in Dhar

Dhar/Indore. Earthquake tremors have been felt in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh. The intensity of the earthquake was measured at 3.0. There is no news of any loss of life or property due to this earthquake. The areas of Narmada river of the state are considered to be very sensitive due to earthquakes. Due to the big dams built here, there are often news of geological upheavals.

Giving information about this earthquake, the National Center for Seismology tweeted that there was a geological movement at 12.54 pm on Sunday in Dhar district, 151 km from the Indore headquarters of Madhya Pradesh. In this, an earthquake of magnitude 3.0 was felt 10 kilometers below the ground. Its geographical location was 22.07 latitude and 74.56 longitude. Its epic center has been on the Gujarat and Maharashtra border in Dhar district.

The National Center for Seismology had its radius in all the three states. At present, there is no information about any loss of life or property due to this earthquake. Geologists say that this movement happened due to the movement of tectonic plates in the ground.

Apart from Dhar, earthquake tremors are being felt in Barwani and Alirajpur. When people saw things moving in their homes, they came to know that these are earthquake tremors. After this people came out of their houses. Panic was seen among the people for some time.
