Notably, Anju, hailing from Rajasthan, journeyed to Pakistan following a romantic connection with her Facebook friend Nasrullah. Leaving behind her husband and two children in Rajasthan, she ventured to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, where she married Nasrullah and embraced Islam, adopting the name Fatima.
However, Anju began to feel the absence of her children and returned to India earlier this month.Presently, Anju resides in a rented room in Delhi, and her two children are now with her instead of her husband, Arvind. Anju’s recent statements regarding her return from Pakistan strongly suggest that she may not go back.
In an interview, when asked whether she prefers to live with Nasrullah or Arvind, Anju replied that her top priority is her children.
