Jaipur. Jaipur International Airport has received bomb threats four times in the last three months. After the fourth threat, a major change has been made in the security of Jaipur Airport. CISF has increased its security circle in many layers. The quick response team at the airport has been put on alert mode.
This team will take charge without any delay in any emergency. After that other agencies will be informed and action will be taken further.Security related mock drills are conducted at Jaipur Airport two to three times a year. But in the last three months, bomb threats have not only given Jaipur Airport the opportunity to conduct drills, but actual drills have taken place four times in a row.
After receiving the fourth threat to Jaipur Airport in the last three months, CISF has prepared a quick response team for the airport. This team will prepare a security circle in the entire airport after receiving any threatening mail or information.Especially vigilance will be increased towards passengers and luggage space.
Along with this, the planes about to take off will be thoroughly checked. By the time other security agencies reach the airport after the threat, CISF will have taken charge. After that other expert teams will cooperate. Quick response team will search sensitive areas along with dog squad and bomb disposal squad.
Along with this, information will be given to the local police and other agencies at the same time. During this period, flights will not be stopped unless absolutely necessary. Check-in and check-out of passengers will also not be affected.
In case the threat information is received correctly, the entire airport will be evacuated and flights may be stopped. Every incoming and outgoing passenger is being monitored through CCTV. Now QRT is also monitoring the boundary wall of the airport.
