Kanjhawala case: Court framed charges against all the four accused, murder case will go on

New Delhi: The court’s decision has come in Delhi’s Kanjhawala incident. The Rohini court framed charges against the accused in the Kanjhawala incident.

According to the court’s decision, all the 4 accused present in the car that dragged Anjali will be tried for murder. The court framed murder charges against the accused Amit, Kishan, Manoj and Mithun.

Actually, the police had arrested 7 accused in this case. In April this year, a charge sheet of about 800 pages was filed, in which 117 witnesses were examined.

The police had also told the court that the accused had consumed alcohol. All these four accused were present in the car that day. The court framed charges of destruction of evidence against the accused Deepak, Ashutosh, and Ankush involved in the case.

The court removed section 120B of the criminal conspiracy filed against these three. Rohini Court has issued summons to all the seven accused to appear on August 14.

Not only the capital, but the whole country was shaken by this incident of dragging a girl for 12 kilometers in a car in Sultanpuri area of outer Delhi on New Year’s Eve.

On the occasion of New Year, this incident had embarrassed the whole country. Anjali’s friend Nidhi, who was the main eyewitness in this case, had told that both of them were returning from the party on New Year’s night. Both were on the same scooty.

At the same time Nidhi was saved during an accident by a Baleno car but Anjali was killed. The car dragged Anjali for 12 kms.
