New Delhi. A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Karnataka. A man from Karnataka has been arrested for slitting his friend’s throat and drinking his blood.
The officials informed about this incident. The victim’s life has been saved and he is undergoing treatment in the hospital. A witness has captured this horrific incident in his camera from Chikkaballapur in Karnataka.
Police said that the accused Vijay suspected that his friend Maresh was having an illicit relationship with his wife. After this, on June 19, Vijay asked to meet Maresh to discuss the matter.
But when the two met, their argument escalated over the issue and in a fit of rage, Vijay allegedly slit Maresh’s throat with a sharp weapon. In a video captured on a mobile phone by a witness, Vijay is seen holding his friend and drinking his blood.
From the video, it appears that Vijay is questioning Maresh, who is lying on the ground with his throat slit. Accused Vijay is also seen bending down and drinking the blood flowing from Maresh’s throat.
A case of attempt to murder has been registered against Vijay at Kencherlahalli police station, while Maresh is undergoing treatment, officials said.
