Khagaria: A horrific road accident took place on Monday on NH 31 in Pasraha police station area of Khagaria district of Bihar, in which 7 people died on the spot. Three people were seriously injured. Actually, all the people in the car were returning from the wedding procession. During this, there was a massive collision between the car and the tractor.
After receiving information about the accident, police reached the spot and admitted the injured to the hospital.According to the media report, it is being told that the wedding procession in the car was returning after a wedding program from Chautham Block area and during this time this accident happened on NH-31. After receiving information about the accident, police and officials reached the spot and took out the injured.
It is being told that this road accident happened near Vidyaratna petrol pump of Pasraha police station area.According to the information received, this accident took place while the marriage procession was returning from Bithala village of Parbatta after getting married to Mohanpur Dhamara of Chautham. It is being told that the SUV had a direct collision with a tractor laden with cement, and 7 wedding guests traveling in the SUV died.
The incident occurred at 6.30 am on Monday morning. Police said that three people have been taken to the hospital. The bodies have been sent to Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.According to the information till now, all the people had gone to Dhamhara of Chautham Thutthi Mohanpur to attend the wedding of the middle son of Indradev Thakur, resident of Bithala village of Madaiya police station area.
While returning from there, a car filled with wedding guests collided with a cement laden tractor near Pasraha Vidhartan Petrol Pump on NH 31. According to eyewitnesses, there were a total of 11 people in the car.
