New Delhi. Founder of banned Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) Gurpatwant Singh Pannu has once again given a provocative statement against Indian diplomats in Canada. This time it has announced a cash reward of one lakh Canadian dollars for the ‘citizen arrest’ of Indian High Commissioner Sanjay Verma.
