PM Modi expressed grief over Khargone accident by tweeting, announced compensation

New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and President Draupadi Murmu have expressed grief by tweeting about the painful accident in Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh.

PM Modi’s statement was issued by tweeting on behalf of the PMO. In which PM Modi said, ‘The road accident in Khargone is very sad. My condolences to those who have lost their loved ones in this.

Along with this, I wish speedy recovery of all the injured. Under the supervision of the state government, the local administration is engaged in providing all possible help on the spot.

Apart from this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced a compensation of Rs 2 lakh to the next of kin of the deceased and Rs 50,000 for the injured on behalf of the central government.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah tweeted, ‘The incident of bus falling into the river in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh is sad. All possible help is being provided to the injured by the local administration. I express my deepest condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the accident and wish the injured a speedy recovery.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath tweeted, ‘The loss of life in a road accident in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh is extremely heart-wrenching. My condolences are with the bereaved families.
