Kushinagar. A 14-year-old girl, who was a victim of gang rape in Kushinagar, UP, finally lost the battle of life. The girl died in Gorakhpur Medical College 23 days after the gang rape incident. The monsters had made the victim drink pesticide after gang rape. After the incident, serious questions were also raised on the police of Hanumanganj police station.

The family also accused the police of changing the report. 13 days after the incident, the police arrested two accused, but two accused are still out of the police’s reach.A horrific incident happened on June 30 with a teenager living in a village in Hanumanganj police station area. The victim was gang raped. Four people raped her one by one and later made the victim drink pesticide to suppress the matter.

After the incident, the girl was admitted to Gorakhpur Medical College, where she was undergoing treatment and 23 days later the victim finally lost the battle of life. In this case, the family also accused the Kushinagar police of negligence.A week after the incident, the police registered a case against two people after taking a written complaint from the victim’s mother, but for another week, none of the accused were arrested. All the accused were roaming freely.

The victim’s mother also told that the police had taken the statement of the teenager during her treatment in Gorakhpur in the case of gang rape and feeding poisonous substance. After the news appeared in the media, the police arrested two accused. At present, they are in jail. According to the mother of the deceased teenager, she had written the names of two accused in the complaint, but the teenager regained consciousness and the magistrate took the statement. In that, the victim had given the names of four accused. After the teenager’s health improved, there was talk of arresting other accused as well, but she died before the fight for justice could be completed.

Let us tell you that in this case, the negligence of the police of Hanumanganj police station of Kushinagar was seen from the beginning. Because the incident happened on the night of June 30 and the police remained unaware. On July 5, Hanumanganj police had registered a case against two accused under serious sections on the complaint of the victim’s mother but did not arrest anyone.

When the matter came to the media, the police hurriedly arrested both of them on July 15 and presented them in the court, from where both were sent to jail. In this case, former state president of Congress Ajay Kumar Lallu raised questions on law and order and expressed regret over the negligence shown in such a case.
