New Delhi. Lalu Prasad Yadav’s family has got a big relief from Delhi court in the land-for-job scam. The court has granted him bail. Lalu Yadav’s wife and former Bihar CM Rabri Devi, daughter Misa Bharti and Hema Yadav have been granted interim bail in the Delhi Rouse Avenue Court.
While hearing the case, the court also granted interim bail to another accused Hridayanand Chaudhary. While hearing the case on Friday, the court accepted the petition of everyone in this famous case and granted them interim bail. The court has accepted his bail application on a bond of Rs 1 lakh.
Let us tell you that there have been continuous political attacks on Lalu Yadav and his family regarding the Land for Job Scam case. Earlier on Friday, Rabri Devi, Misa Bharti and Hema Yadav were to appear in Rouse Avenue Court. She had left her residence on Pandara Road in the same vehicle.
His bail plea was heard by the court of Justice Vishal Gogane. First of all the judge took the attendance of all the accused present in the case. Accused Amit Katyal appeared through video conferencing in the land in exchange for job case. Accused Hridayanand Chaudhary also appeared in the court.
All the accused in the case had filed bail applications in the court. All the accused had demanded regular bail. However, the court granted him only interim bail. Along with this, the court has also sought reply from ED.
