UP Rajya Sabha Election Results: All 8 BJP candidates won in Uttar Pradesh, 2 SP candidates won.

Lucknow. Rajya Sabha elections were held on 15 seats in Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka and Himachal Pradesh on Tuesday. Elections were held on 10 Rajya Sabha seats in UP, in which BJP candidates won on 8 seats and Samajwadi Party candidates won on 2 seats. 395 voters have voted for all these 10 seats.

The results of Rajya Sabha elections came out till late evening.All BJP candidates Sudhanshu Trivedi, RPN Singh, Chaudhary Tejveer Singh, Sadhna Singh, Amarpal Maurya, Sangeeta Balwant and Agra Mayor Naveen Jain have won in the Rajya Sabha elections.

Samajwadi Party’s Jaya Bachchan and PDA candidate Ramjilal Suman have also won the Rajya Sabha elections.Whereas SP’s third candidate, former IAS Alok Ranjan, has lost. Let us tell you, elections were held on 10 Rajya Sabha seats in Uttar Pradesh. A total of 395 voters out of 399 voted for these 10 seats.

Maharaji Devi, wife of former minister Gayatri Prajapati, did not vote. Maharaji Devi did not come to vote. According to the information, during this period, Samajwadi Party MLAs did cross voting extensively. 7 SP MLAs have voted in favor of BJP.

Earlier, as soon as the voting for 10 Rajya Sabha seats of UP started on Tuesday, there was a stampede in the Samajwadi Party. Party’s chief whip and Unchahar MLA Manoj Pandey resigned from his post. Apart from this, four other SP MLAs also cross voted with the slogan of Jai Shri Ram.

This situation was not normal for SP chief Akhilesh Yadav. He himself admitted that some MLAs of the party did cross voting and now big action will be taken against them.
