New Delhi: According to a sensational news coming from Madhya Pradesh, a mini truck has fallen into the river in Datiya Accident here. While there were about 50 laborers in the mini truck, it is being told. So far, more than 12 people have died in this accident. At present, according to other media reports, the bodies of five have been taken out. Of these, 3 bodies are said to be of children.
The rest of the people of the truck are currently missing. According to the information received, the said painful accident took place in village Buhara under Dursada police station of Datia at around 3 pm on Tuesday-Wednesday. Actually this truck was crossing the bridge, when it turned uncontrollable. At present, a team of 12 people from NDRF and SDERF is engaged in rescue at the spot.
According to the information received from the police on the matter, the laborers were going from Bheleti village of Gwalior to a wedding in Jatara village of Tikamgarh, riding in the incident truck. While crossing the bridge near Datia on the way, it overturned uncontrollably. At present, the dead bodies have been taken to the district hospital. It is being told that the bridge is under construction. Datia District Collector Sanjay Kumar, SP Pradeep Mishra, SDM are present on the spot.
As soon as the news of the incident came, State Home Minister Narottam Mishra expressed his grief. He said, “The people of Khatik community are the residents of Balehari. Jatara (Tikamgarh) was going by mini truck to get his daughter married. The wheel of the truck came off while sliding in the Buhara river. The truck went into the river.
So far the bodies of 5 people have been retrieved. Among them is a 65-year-old woman. There is a youth of 18 years and the rest are children of 2 to 3 years. The injured are being treated. At the same time, the family of the deceased will be given an assistance of Rs.4 lakh each. Along with this, a compensation of Rs 50-50 thousand will be given to the injured.
