‘Jungle Raj’ in Bihar, bullets fired in Danapur court in broad daylight; death of mafia small government

Patna News: Despite strictness in Bihar, the situation of Jungle Raj is not ending. This time the miscreants terrorized Danapur Court of Patna. Chhote Sarkar, a prisoner lodged in Beur jail, was to be produced in Danpur court.

As soon as Mafia Chhote Sarkar entered the court premises, the miscreants ambushed him and gunned him down. The sound of bullets created an atmosphere of panic in the entire court and there was chaos all around.

Due to bullet injury, Mafia Chhote Sarkar died in the court premises itself. Cases of extortion, robbery and murder were registered against Chhote Sarkar. Chhote Sarkar was to appear before the Danapur Civil Court for which he was brought.

Chhote Sarkar was lodged in Beur, the biggest jail of Patna. Chhote Sarkar was hit by six bullets in the indiscriminate firing. Chhote Sarkar, covered in blood, was taken to the hospital. Where the doctor declared him dead.

Chhote Sarkar alias Abhishek Kumar was about 25 years old and was accused of murdering the MLA’s brother. There were about 16 cases registered against Chhote Sarkar on different charges.

Chhote Sarkar was in jail for the last one and a half years. But due to this kind of murder taking place in the court premises, questions are being raised on the police also. At present the police has started investigating the matter.
