Maharashtra News: Fierce clash between two groups in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. A major clash took place between two groups on Wednesday night in Kiradpura area of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in Maharashtra. People pelted stones at each other and several vehicles were set on fire outside the Ram temple.

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar CP Nikhil Gupta said that there was a clash between two groups in Kiradpura area of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. People pelted stones and some private and police vehicles were set on fire.

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar CP Nikhil Gupta said that after this the police used force to disperse the people and now the situation is peaceful. Police will take strict action against the miscreants.

While AIMIM national councilor Mohammad Naseeruddin shared a video from inside the Ram temple and said that some false news was spread that some miscreants had attacked the temple.

He said that Aurangabad MP Imtiyaz Jaleel reached the spot and appealed not to believe any rumor and both the communities to maintain peace in the city.
