Shimla. The news of a horrific accident has come to the fore from Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. In Shimla, 3 youths were killed when a car fell into the Pabbar river, while 2 were injured. All the youths were returning from the wedding ceremony.
The reasons for the accident could not be ascertained. Police is investigating the matter. According to information received from Shimla police, this accident happened on Rohru-Chidgaon road, 100 km from Shimla.
The injured have been admitted to the nearby Rohru hospital. The youth in the car was going from Rampur to Jangla for the wedding ceremony. At 1.15 pm, police post Jangal was informed about the accident that an Alto car had met with an accident.
Police said that Shrey Negi (18) s/o Lekh Raj village Karshli, Taklech (Rampur) Shimla, Shinwag (18) s/o Roop Lal village Kul, Mazharli (Rampur), Shimla, Jatir (20) s/o Mani Lal, village Dalash were killed in the accident. Taklech (Rampur) died.
Karun Chauhan (20) s/o Tara Chand, Gopalpur, Kartot (Rampur) and Raman (22) s/o Raj Pal, Basholi, Taklech (Rampur) were injured in the accident. The injured are being treated at Civil Hospital Rohru.
Please inform that relief and rescue work was done with the help of JCB machine at night itself. The reasons for the accident have not been known. The police have registered a case and started investigating the cause of the accident.
