Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court extended Manish Sisodia’s judicial custody till April 17

New Delhi. On Monday, the court has once again extended the judicial custody of Manish Sisodia, accused in the policy. The judicial custody of Manish Sisodia in the case related to CBI has been extended by Rouse Avenue Court by 14 days.

That is, now Manish Sisodia will remain in jail till 17th April. Former Delhi government minister and AAP leader Manish Sisodia was produced in the court today after the judicial custody was over.

Manish Sisodia was produced on Monday at 2 pm. Manish is accused of corruption in Delhi’s new liquor policy, the Aam Aadmi Party and the Bharatiya Janata Party have been at loggerheads for a long time regarding Delhi’s liquor policy matter.

He is also facing the investigation of ED along with CBI. Prior to the CBI’s argument, former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia had said during the hearing of his bail plea in the trial court that keeping him in custody would not serve the purpose of the CBI.
