Haryana: Section 144 imposed in Nuh after the arrest of Congress MLA Maman Khan

Nuh. Section 144 has been imposed after the arrest of Congress MLA Maman Khan in the Nuh violence case of Haryana. Maman Khan will be presented in the court on Friday. To maintain law and order during this period, Section 144 has been imposed in the city.

The administration has strictly ordered that today people should offer Friday prayers on the rooftops of their homes only. After the violence on July 31, the name of Congress MLA Maman Khan was continuously coming up.

At the same time, the internet has been closed for two days in Nuh by the government. The net here will remain closed till 12 midnight on 16th September. When Maman Khan did not appear before the police even after giving notice twice, Nuh police arrested Maman Khan late on Thursday night.

Police have been deployed at every nook and corner of the city regarding the appearance of Maman Khan. The roads leading to the court and secretariat have also been sealed. Police arrested Maman Khan from Rajasthan.

And since then, by presenting all the facts that the police have gathered against Maman Khan in this case before the court, the police can demand from the court to take Maman Khan into its custody.
