Mewat. Monu Manesar, accused in the violence case that took place on July 31 in Nuh, Haryana, got bail from the court of JMIC Amit Verma on Monday with a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh.
There was a fierce debate in the court of JMIC Amit Verma between the lawyers of both the parties, after which the court reserved the case. Said to announce the verdict at around 4 in the afternoon. After this, when the court sat, the court accepted the bail plea of Monu Manesar.
Monu Manesar’s lawyer Somdutt Sharma says that there was a hearing on the bail of Monu Manesar. Case number 37 was debated in the court. The matter of section 295 and illegal weapons sections was debated.
He said that the court accepted that the words written on Facebook had not hurt anyone’s sentiments. Apart from this, the weapon recovered by the police was licensed.
Therefore, in the decision given by the court in the afternoon, Monu Manesar was granted bail. His lawyers say that now cases are registered against Monu Manesar in the Junaid-Nasir murder case registered in Rajasthan and the cases of attempt to murder in Pataudi, Gurugram district of Haryana. Now every effort will be made to get his bail as well
