Somehow the passengers on the bus jumped and saved their lives after the fire broke out.According to the information received, the bus named Sonu Monu Travels, which caught fire, was coming from Kolkata to Nawada.
There was a huge crowd of passengers in this bus regarding Holi festival. Meanwhile, as soon as the passengers saw the bus on fire, they got scared. After this the driver stopped the bus. Then somehow people jumped down from the burning bus in a hurry with the help of windows and doors and only then people’s lives could be saved.
During this, the local people informed the police and the fire brigade team about the fire, after which the fire brigade team reached the spot and controlled the fire in the bus. But, by then the bus was completely burnt. Due to this incident, the people of the whole area were troubled for hours. At present, the fire in the bus has been completely extinguished. During this, hourly traffic on NH was also disrupted.
