Noida. Taking major action, the Noida Authority has sealed the tower-31 of Lotus-Ispasia in Sector-100 of Cloud-9 Project Private Limited. The builder has an outstanding of Rs 81 crore 55 thousand 184. This balance is of the cost of the plot.
According to authority officials, notices were issued several times to the builder to deposit the dues. On February 7, its file was placed before the CEO Noida Authority. On which sealing was allowed. It was told that not a single notice was replied to by the builder. In such a situation, the authority has sealed the tower under construction in GH-02 in Sector-100.
This tower was to be made of ground plus 36 floors. The allotment is of the year 2008 and till now the construction of the tower could not be completed. Two flats i.e. a total of 74 flats were to be constructed on each floor, whose area is 4200 square feet.
These luxury apartments were to be built, but due to land dues, the authority has sealed this tower. At the same time, the authority has broken three illegal kiosks built in the Palm Society of Sector-168. These were made illegally.
