BJP leader Shubhendu Adhikari said that ‘if all this does not come in the investigation, then I will go to court’.
Significantly, after the train accident in Balasore, Odisha, the Government Railway Police in Cuttack has registered an FIR against unknown persons under sections 153, 154 and 175 of the Railway Act.
This FIR was registered after the complaint of SI Papu Kumar Naik of Balasore GRPS.
At the same time, Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya and Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav have returned to Delhi after completing the relief and rescue work after the train accident in Balasore and restoring traffic on the railway line.
